Absolutely love this place! Recently hired a van with fixtures and bungee cords to safely move something large, my husband and I were absolutely over the moon! The van was such high quality, such a pleasure to drive, and it was immaculately clean. It all just felt so well cared for and we can't recommend Pavilion highly enough! 10/10

My father having rented many cars over the years and dealt with many well-known car hire companies recently used this company for first time for trip to York. He said this was the best service and company that he has dealt with as well as being the best value for money. The car was immaculate and well looked after being a pleasure to drive. The staff were so helpful and made the process so easy. He would highly recommend anyone to use this local company.

The best van hire!
We had been let down by another company last minute, quickly called pavilion who were closing soon and they stayed 40 mins late to help us out! Steve was kind and helpful throughout the process. I can’t thank them enough for their incredible customer service.

Brilliant service! Booked hire car for pick in two hours for four days as my car was in for repairs. Situation changed and I got my own car back next day. Phoned Pavillion and they happily accepted early return AND gave me a refund. Excellent service, thank you.

We’d give Pavilion Cars 10/10 if we could! Last minute hire of their Transporter campervan was the best thing we’ve done for a camping trip. Campervan was excellent- good size bed, comfy captain chairs and a heater meant we camped in luxury! The blackout curtains kept the van lovely and dark and the abundance of LED lights meant it was cosy at night. Sandy was so friendly and showed us how everything worked before we set off. Amazing value for an almost brand new van to hire that really made our weekend. Thanks so much
