Stay clear of this company. My rental car from the Auckland Office was of a poor quality, the Airport Pick-up and Drop Off advertised with my rental didn't happen, the agent in the office was rude and ill-informed and the office was closed when I came to return my car at the time specified on the rental agreement. Go for a better known and more reputable company instead.
