Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Stroud

I just rented a car from Mo at the Stroud branch and I had to leave a review for their 5* service! The rental process was so easy and everything was taken care of, which was great for me as I was attending a trade fair which was quite stressful. Not having to worry about my rental was so important to me and I was even dropped back to my work base after the car was returned. The customer service was second to none and I will be a returning customer!

I work in customer service and was delighted with the way I was dealt with by the team at Stroud Enterprise. Ryan in particular dealt with me the most and I had had some issues from mistakes from my insurance company and he really helped me out. He is a credit to the company and made me want to use Enterprise next time and tell my friends what great service you guys give.

Our Mazda developed an engine management fault on a drive home late on Saturday. Mazda took it away and said they would arrange a hire car. I didn't really think that would happen on a Sunday ...and I really needed to be on the road very early Monday. To my amazement the manager of the Stroud branch phoned me (from Essex- she was away for the weekend), confirmed my details and got one of her staff to go into work and get a car sorted for me. Absolutely fantastic service. They extended my hire without any drama when my car wasn't ready and then picked up the car from the Gloucester Mazda dealer.

From the first phone call Mo was extremely helpful, reassuring and polite with my mum who was very anxious about the whole situation of driving a new car whilst hers was in the garage. Throughout the whole transaction Mo continued to be professional as well as extremely kind and respectful, with exceptional people skills. Mo is a credit to the company.

The car was good, the service was good. When it came to insuring against the excess they upsold tyre insurance without discussing it with me. It seemed slightly sharp practice and not cheap. Given the remoteness of the likelihood I could not understand why it wasn't included. Spoilt an otherwise excellent experience.

I've just had a car for 2 weeks due to mine being involved in an accident. Fassi and her team were outstanding in their helpfulness and "nothing is too much trouble" way of doing business. I would highly recommend anyway needing a hire car to use this branch.

Michael Jeffries was so helpful during the whole process and made it a very personable experience. We will definitely be using enterprise again because of him.
