Please do not trust this company. They are scammers. I have had to take 2 days off work as they told me I could expect delivery of the car on Monday, which was cancelled, and then Tuesday. Also cancelled. I offered to collect the car myself and was told that I couldn't due to "company policy". On top of this, they also sent me a number of documents to sign that had to be redrafted because of the errors they contained. When I finally got through to the manager, he blamed the pandemic. Seriously. If you want a lease car, do not go through these clowns.

I wouldn’t bother leasing from these people. They charge the earth for a lease/rental. They failed to collect payment from me and then tried to take two payments in one which i then refused and asked them to take them separately. I have NEVER missed a payment with them and asked them to move one payment date to another to which they refused and threatened that if I didn’t make a payment they will make arrangements to collect the car… when I have NEVER missed a payment during the lease. This company is all money money money and don’t care about your situation. I will be making a formal complaint to the Financial ombudsman because I believe that they are overcharging for their cars and leasing cars to anybody. I wouldn’t believe all the “excellent” reviews.

Would give zero stars if I could….firstly upon taking on the lease from these guys you have to pay a massive amount which is fair enough, however from month one that’s when the problems started, The direct debit was set up with the company they use who failed to take payment on the date of which was set up and I had to them pay a late payment fee of £30.00 the second month same happened again however I was in hospital at the time having surgery which I made them aware of that I would sort it once I was home however they failed to check that I had made a payment and started threading to take the car back which again spoke to the manager who then decided to tell me that they would collect because apparently I couldn’t afford the car even thought this payment had been made, all he kept saying I missed payment which again was the card providers fault as they use an external company and I made this right away as soon as I left hospital Anyway thought out the whole lease they have added charges left right and centre, upon the end of the contract again there card provider so I decided not to pay it because they use an unreliable source to take there payments, anyway that leads me today, I had a phone call from a so called repossession company telling me they are at my house however the voice was very familiar as it was the the “manger” the time they turned up was 18.35 on a Saturday evening as the car was blocked in by the second vehicle of my house as I used public transportation to get to work today he was threating to cause damage to the other vehicle to get there car out which he can deny but I have the recording! then he continued to tell me I must leave work now. Absolutely not leaving work, anyway I got the other car moved for them as the persons car who blocked me in only works 5 mins away, the person who says he’s from the repossession company which was a load of rubbish then gave a letter for me to read which I haven’t it went straight to the shredder. He then continued to lie to the person who moved his car stating I owe thousands when I don’t, just there charges they make up left right and centre but also telling someone who’s not on the lease all this is actually a breach of Data protection and also slander because lying about saying I owe thousands, I’m seeking legal advice considering how much they charge and they way they treat there customers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Buy a cheap car and save the money they charge and you will be able to buy a nice car within 12 months! AWFUL PEOPLE! Trading standerds, FCA ,financial ombudsman Will know by Monday
