Great experience all-round. The process was very smooth, the instructions were easy to follow and the car was spotless and a pleasure to drive! It saved so much time not having to go through a lot of paperwork at collection and drop-off, everything was easy to do through the app.
We opted for the tyre&alloy cover as we went into the countryside and it was a great shout as one alloy had a little scuff.
Will definitely book again.

Great car. The process was easy to follow. The car was an A class Mercedes and was worth the money. The downside, hence 3 stars, were the extras ie: fuel, huge deposit and congestion charge...other rental companies I've used have this covered.

Without a doubt Virtuo is definitely the way to go with car reservations. They've taken the Zipcar concept (everything done via smartphone app) and given it a luxury twist. The booking process, the cars, the smartphone, the location, customer support - everything is absolutely perfect. The fact that they give free additional drivers is also really useful.

What could they improve? Maybe adding a few different car models to the fleet. I'd like to see an GLC or GLE. Maybe E-Class or 5 Series estate. But that's nitpicking.

Hiring a Virtuo was relatively simple, comfortable and extremely convenient. However there was some downs too.
I choose to pick it from Finsbury square in London. The car park where it was located was extremely close to my flat but it was awkward to access as the entrance was not easy to find then when you enter it’s smelly and dirty everywhere. It’s a nasty nasty dirty car park.

Still, the car itself and the ease of booking it through the app made up for that. Unfortunately the app doesn’t really tell you how to find the car park card or where is located, also same for the key plastic card. I basically took me a few min trying to find both things.

The car itself is beautiful, clean (although they left belongings and cans/bottles, so car wasn’t 100% cleaned properly. I even found a dry wet wipe at the drinks compartment)

The engine is extremely fuel efficient and just comfortable to ride as it’s automatic.
It costed me £50 to refuel petrol worth of 4 days and a return trip to Bournemouth.

Price of the rental is good and very competitive in comparison with companies with basic cars like ubeeqo and Zipcar.

So I really recommend it if you want a luxurious yet semi affordable hassle free car rental service. I didn’t find any hidden fees and I had no bad experiences that made me call customer service. So far I really recommend it.
