I had to wait for over an hour to pick up my car because they were busy! Then they gave me a car with a puncture in one tire! 10 minutes after I drove away, the flat tire sign turned on and I had to wait for over 2.5 hours for someone (AA) to show up and they just pumped some air into it and told me if the light turns on again I’d have to have it checked out!!! I lost a whole day of my planned trip due to their incompetence and when I called them and complained, the employee apologized and said they would do something about it and that his manager would contact me. Well, that never happened! The tire sign turned on again when I was in the countryside and since I had no phone or internet signal and no spare tire I had to have it checked out myself and pay for it out of pocket. There was also trash left in the door sleeves from previous renters, which shows they don’t clean the car as well as they claim to do! When I returned the car, there was only one employee there and he was busy so I couldn’t bring up this whole issue with him since I had to catch a train and was short on time.
Very disappointed with their customer service.

Female manager on staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. I arrived late for my car pick up time due to a flight delay. I was told they did not have a car for me and could not be of any help. In the time that I was in the office I watched her do the same to several other travellers.

I rented the car for about 17 days. It brought me to many places and unforgettable memories of my UK trip. Most of all, it got me around safely. It is an excellent car to drive, but Budget could have checked on tyre pressure and key fob battery before releasing the vehicle. I had pumped air for four tyres twice (the first time, tyre pressure was 20PSI or more below the recommended - warning lights won't go away even after). There was also a warning of low battery for the key fob. I couldn't get in the car once because of the low battery and had to get the battery (from Argos) replaced. I returned the car a week ago (sent for a wash and easy return) and am still waiting for my deposit. Would I rent again from Budget? Yes! Budget is behind the National Express coach station (easy to and fro Heathrow).

Kristoph was incompetent, really ruined our trip to the UK by cowardly placing hidden charges our card after we left. I would never trust them with any form of business again. What makes it worst is the manager sharlene saintalbins will protect her staffs mistakes and make you pay for them. I am hoping this branch in Victoria coach station quickly closes so Avis Budget can rebuild its reputation again and become somewhat trust worthy
