There was no shuttle service when we arrived as advertised. We had to walk from the air port to the easirent car hire on arrival , .and when we dropped the car off at easirent .
Guess what no shuttle bus service .we had to walk again back to the airport in the pouring rain .very poor service .the car was great .the waiting time to pick the car up was too long await . we will not be using there services again ..

Great customer service at the branch. Everything went smoothly with the rental. The cars are all like new and the price is reasonable. The only thing they can improve is providing a pick up from the airport. It is about 7-10 Minutes walking from the terminal but if it is raining (as it was for me) or you have a lot of luggage, it would be more comfortable to be picked up from the terminal.

The experience could be extraordinary! But it was not to be! If you have no problems with the car (accident, flat tire), everything can be perfect. But if you have a problem, no matter how small, things go completely crazy. We were in the south of England and we had the misfortune of having a flat tire. That tire was so special that no garage within a 300 km around had anything like it. And we had to go for 2 days with the platform to the nearest Easirent rental office. Which was in Bristol, where we took the lady from the office by surprise, who did not know that we would arrive and that we would need a car to exchange. The lady, alone in that office, with many customers who had all kinds of problems, was totally overwhelmed by the situation and was actually yelling at the customers who were trying to find answers to the problems they had related to the car rental. Of course, her attitude is to be condemned, but this is the consequence of the fact that, in an office with such a high customer traffic, the company's management considers that one person is enough.
My husband is a tall person, 1.92 m. Under these conditions, for the rest of the vacation, we had to go with an electric Fiat 500 car. A terrible option, because instead of visiting England, we desperately looked for charging points, so as not to have the surprise of running out of battery in the middle of the road. Although I reserved and paid for a car from a higher class, the last few days we had a car from a lower class, and the other 2 days we went by lorry. Practically, out of 8 days in which we rented the car, we took advantage of only 4 days.
I can't tell you the number of emails and phone calls made in the 2 days until I arrived in Bristol.
In conclusion, the experience can be great if you have no problem! Otherwise ..... God have mercy!

Great value car rental. Manager at Bristol branch was helpful, got me into a car quickly, and did a walk round check with me. Note: the Bristol airport branch is a walk from the airport - do NOT get the car rental shuttle bus.

Car was very clean and fairly new, with lots of features. Was a bit of a surprise to see a dashcam permanently affixed to the car - not welcome, but not a problem either.

Drop off quick and easy.

Worst car rental I’ve ever encountered
Note you have to walk to and from airport, no shuttle as advertised, we had to walk through snow and slush in the rain with 4 big bags!!
We paid online and for full insurance then when we got to the place they made us pay for more insurance on top,
This is a money making scheme!!!
They would not accept my parters debit card to take a hold for a deposit, and then would not accept my credit card to take a hold as my partner organised the booking with his name! They forced us to pay an extra £40 per day for insurance we already had when we booked!
We tried to pay this extra with cash we had spare and they wouldn’t accept this either!!!
The worst in the whole land!!!! Grrrrr!!!!

My experience here was OK.
Car was fine and pricing was good.

No shuttle service from the airport, 10 minute walk not ideal if you have a lot of bags.
I didn't find the manager particularly friendly, quite pushy with additional insurance options, got impatient while I was reading the agreement "if you don't sign you won't be getting the car".
He didn't really explain the details of the rental agreement properly which resulted in extra mileage charge being applied when I returned the vehicle.

When I brought the car back the next day "you didn't hit anything did you"
I felt like I was being talked down to in all my interactions.

I was very disappointed indeed that Drivalia doesn’t provide a shuttle or drop-off service to Bristol Airport. It is walking distance as the staff member explained, but it is definitely too far to walk with luggage! Not good enough. We were offered a trolley (apparently we were lucky there was one lying around) and this helped but it was very dangerous trying to cross the main road with it.

However, the car we rented was clean, recent and competitively priced.

It was a great experience hiring a car from Drivalia at Bristol Airport. I was so satisfied with them in the past which made me use them again. Very friendly staff specially Angelika which was so helpful and made great effort to maintain the satisfaction throughout the hire period. I will definitely do business with the again and highly recommend them.
