Green Motion Bristol Airport

Great experience - rented via edreams (3rd party portal) and had zero issues. Greenmotion explained the contract fully, car was new and clean. Called them to extend by a day, no problems, great support. Would rent again in a heartbeat, much better prices than anyone else!

They are cheap so that’s a good thing. But it’s a little bit like taking a Ryan air flight. They catch you with all the random extras and rules that mean you have to pay more than you thought.

Wouldn’t let me pay the deposit with my debit card or my credit card via Apple Pay. So charged me extra £18 per day for some shady insurance scheme.

Quite a few other people having different issues meaning they were calling management. All in the 30m I was there.

Please factor in the additional time needed to walk to the Green Motion office when collecting a rental and when returning the time needed to walk to the airport. Because this company no longer provides a guarantee of shuttle bus service. On the positive side, plenty of walking exercise is guaranteed.

Careful, this company is not trustful. I was scammed by them in the end of September 2022. They hid the final cost and charged me extra at arrival. Also, they don't put your credit card on hold for deposit. They will take almost 800 euros from your credit card as a deposit, which is very high, and when you take the car back they will try to find a fault that you did not make to not refund you. If you contact them to make a complaint they will ignore you. I would not recommend their service at all, they scam tourists in Greece!

Really kind front desk staff, helpful and compassionate. Not so much the company. No flexibility at all, not allowed to take the car despite having paid, credit card out of date and then they said too late once I went back with a valid card. I understand terms and conditions, but no help at all from this company so money lost and no car. Very disappointed.

Used Green Motion many times now. Always a great experience. The only reason I have to use a different car hire company sometimes is because of the restricted opening hours. But apart from that, highly recommended.

I had a pleasant experience with this car rental company. The early check in option was handy and saves time when picking up the car. The staff at Green Motion Bristol are friendly and helpful. The dropping off the car was also straight forward. And they also dropped me back at the airport. Thank you

I have used Green Motion on two separate occasions now and they have been great.

Upon arrival they collect you from the Terminal drop and go area and they’ll even drop you back off when it’s time to leave.
