Mo Ahmad made everything so smoothly towards us. He was very friendly from the beginnig till the end, and also explained all the terms and conditions rapidly. I would definitely recommend Sixt for his service provided by Mo at Leicester. Shot out for MO and his team !

Used over the last year and must say even if it’s a little more than some other rental companies it’s worth it for the service I receive from the manager And his team. Always tried to get me a car at short notice and very accomodating with last minute changes. Only improvement is the company needs a proper loyalty scene like enterprise.

Stay away at all costs! Booked a car 2 months in advance for a week to go to Scotland with the Mrs and my 1 year old, only to receive a call 1 hour before collection to say that the car I had booked is not available and that someone who had it previously, had extended it. Then I get told the only car that they have available is a Mini Cooper, bearing in mind I had booked a (Peugeot 3008) or similar as I had the baby car seat/pram and luggage so needed the boot space. A Mini Cooper is no use is it!? Where do they want me to put my luggage? On the roof? Then I get told, I'd have to drive to Nottingham to pick up a smaller car, I couldn't believe what I was hearing. They have the audacity to call me just an hour before saying that they have no cars and then the cheek to tell me to drive to Nottingham to pick up a car that is nothing similar to the original one I had booked. Unprofessional is an understatement. The agent that I spoke to couldn't care less, it's as though he makes calls like these on a daily basis. DO NOT BOOK with these guys if you have plans, I guarantee they WILL call you last minute and say there are no cars available and then tell you to drive to Nottingham to pick up a smaller car. Absolute joke of a company. I don't know why I booked these guys in the first place. NEVER AGAIN! and never will my family and friends book with SIXT. Had to ring around and try source a car for a week on the day of leaving for Scotland. This should've been a simple, easy process, booked 2 months in advance but turned out to be the worst I've ever experienced. Stay well away and go somewhere that won't let you down!!!

A Sixt vehicle I hired in London developed a fault and couldn't be driven back to London. I rocked up unannounced at this Leicester depot and within fifteen mins I drove away in a replacement vehicle. Excellent and very friendly customer service. Recommended.

Fantastic service from the guys at Sixt, especially by Edson who served me specifically. He upgraded my rental to an automatic at no extra cost which I appreciated very much. He was very transparent with me throughout the process, all the way to the end when I gave the keys back. If you are a student looking to rent a car, I recommend Sixt Leicester!

I booked a car on Saturday at Sixt Leicester Humberstone road and was greeted by the sales agent Mr Masum who’s one of the top guys in Leicester. He treated me like I was family, I reserved a manual car and he upgraded me to an auto for the same price at no extra charge, hassle free.Mr Masum Very very helpful and such a humble person.
