Upfront PCO Car Rental

I have been with Upfront since October 2016. I signed a 3 years rent agreement with them even though i was not sure of what i was getting myself involved (its almost 3 years to own the car if i so wish). I can only look back and say i absolutely have no regrets.

Upfront rental price is very competitive and i have always had a very good business and codial relationship with them.
I like their business ethics because they are very coorperative and look after their hard working drivers.
They are very proactive when it comes to ensuring that your car is well maintained with MOTs, insurance, PHVs, services and the list goes on...
They are very prompt with actions and havd drivers interest at heart.
I recommend their services to you and believe you will have the same treat as anyone.
Always talk to Georgina and Rickie, they are very helpful and understanding.

A VERY TERRIBLE COMPANY TO HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH !!!
i rented a car from them, the heating system was not working for 7 days, called them and sent emails, 72 hours after, nothing was done. I then asked questions about the Service Level Agreement with their car rental supplier, they went MAD with me on the phone. One of their staff, called Georgina slammed the phone on me, i called her back and we had a heated arguement on the phone, words were exchanged, to my SHOCK , One Ollie called me back said he was a DIRECTOR of the company, he terminated my contract and ask me to return the car within 2 hours of our conversation, failure to do that, he will call the POLICE and report me that i STOLE the car.
I did return the car before the time frame, they went further to take the sum of £225 from my account, for a week rent that has not even started, while I've returned the car. SHOCKING !!
I'm waiting for my deposit pf £500 plus the charge, I'm sure I'll have my day in court with them very soon.
Stay away from Upfront Car, they're are a TERRIBLE company.

I have really enjoyed renting the car from them and I would again rent from them as soon as I get back to the UK.

After reading the previous comments regarding the refund of deposit I was scared to rent a car from Upfront but, after 2 weeks of returning the car I have received yesterday an email from upfront confirming that £500.00 is refunded.

I rented for 3 months £170.00 per week and I have not paid a single penny to upfront for anything.

Just make sure you return the car as you collected clean and in good condition. Please insure that you understand that contract well for no hassle.

Overall I recommend upfront for PCO car rentals as they have nice and clean cars.

I like to thank upfront cars Team and Georgina for the excellent customer service and relation.

Totally recommendable.

Please let me start by saying, if you get into business with the people running this company. You will regret forever. My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. There is no communication, only when convenient for them. No straight answers. They will always for your car back straightaway and not honour the contract. Refund will be given after you have reached your death bed and you will never want to hire a car from anyone else ever again. Sadly this company will continue to make many people very unhappy taking money from innocent people and people which are good. Georgina is a wonderful person when she is getting the business through the door. Then once she has you. Good luck. You have been informed you have been warned, the poor reviews and the poor score is no joke. Learn from my mistakes and find a decent company.

DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH UPFRONT. I HAVE DEEPLY REGRETTED IT.

They have so many hidden charges, unfit vehicles that need repairing literally few days after hiring them, return fee of £300 and the most disrespectful manager.

They are the most unprofessional, disrespectful and dishonest company i have ever came across. And if you are reading this and you don't believe me, scroll down and check what other reviews are saying about upfront. Even go and check trustpilot reviews, they are all saying how horrible this company is.

And the Manager. A woman called Georgina is very rude and disrespectful. She hanged up the phone on me on so many occasions. Called up my family and shouted and disrespected them over the phone.

Very bad experience!!!
They took back the car like 4 months ago because of social distancing but they only give us 1 week notice for it.
They said we want to terminate our contract we can do that and we will get back or deposit.

That was 4 months ago and since then I can’t communicate with them at all.
No updates, no deposit, no help at all.
This is very unprofessional and disrespectful with members who they are paying the rent fee on time and they do everything they can .
So basically they can take back the car with an only 1 week short notice but if you need something you will have to wait months!!!!( of course they don’t care at all)
Isn’t this illegal?
And is against what is in the contract we signed?????

Impossible to call them or contact them!
Is there anyone here who knows how you can make a further complain?

Regretted the contract and everything they obligated me to do. If anyone reading this is weighing up their options like I did at the time, do your other options, simple!
