Despite the website proclaiming that this location had 24/7 support, nobody had even heard of Hertz. The website booking system wouldn't complete (for two of us) and a customer support is run by basic bots over SMS. Utterly useless.

Dropped car off at my home. Car was very dirty. I had to take to the car wash it was that bad. A brand new car as well. Otherwise OK.
