Exec 4x4 & Range Rover Hire

Highly recommend Exec 4x4 Hire for prestige vehicles, they really do provide professional bespoke service. Fantastic customer service and correspondence from Jenny (reservations). The vehicle we hired was the new Range Rover Vogue and it looked as if it was driven directly out of the showroom. I will certainly be using again in the near future, maybe hiring one of the new Range Rover Sport models. Also a Special thanks to the delivery team “Simon” for delivering early hours directly to my door.

We decided to rent the Range Rover Autobiography due to my Husband considering to own the same model himself. Our experience was excellent from start to finish. Martin within the reservations team made everything simple and hassle free and a pleasure to do business.

What an awesome experience. We arrived at our London Hotel very early morning with the car rental chap (Exec 4x4 Hire) was happily waiting within the reception area. The Range Rover Sport SVR was parked ready in the underground car park. Such a simple hand over and swift introduction to the beast of a car. So happy with the service and the car was just perfect. Far better service than using poor mainstream rentals.

Hired a new defender for a week in the Cotswolds and it was fantastic. The whole experience was easy and the car was much higher spec then I imagined, with everything bolted on. It looked amazing. Ryan was awesome delivering the vehicle and collection was just as straight forward. I will certainly be using these guys again, it’s such an easy process and the cars are top of the range excuse the pun.

Complete Scam! Avoid at all costs.

This “company” rented us a Range Rover, and in the middle of our lease period, an “enforcer” turned up to “recover” the car. The reason : apparently at some point during the evening someone had tried to steal the car (which they apparently failed to do), so this very threatening man turned up the next morning claiming we had violated the lease conditions of the rental by not locking it! We had had the car for 3 weeks at this point, and had always ensured both locking the car as well as putting on the additional steering lock. Before making his presence known or letting us know of any issue, HE had already broken into the car using a second set of keys to let himself into the vehicle, moved the vehicle to a different street (which until that point was quite unbroken into and exactly where we parked it outside the house, with the steering lock intact), removed our toddlers car seat, and then barged into our home demanding our set of keys to the car. We were shocked, as this was the first we had even heard of any potential break-in, and he insisted it must have been our fault as we probably didn’t lock the car, despite presenting no evidence of this. He was very intimidating, demanded our set of keys and then drove off. When we tried to contact the company, they simply said they preferred to contact the enforcer (based in Coventry) if any security alarm went in the car, as opposed to us (who had it parked outside our home in London). So zero warning to the actual people leasing the car, those that could actually do something about the car being stolen, if indeed there was any sign it actually was!

Horrified and shaken by the whole experience, and the absolutely disgraceful way we were treated, we have filed a police report reporting the actions of this company, and are now filing legal action against these scammers to both recover our money (we were midway through the rental) and collect damages.

The team at Exec 4x4 are extremely helpful and offer a huge selection of the latest 4x4 vehicles that Land Rover offer. We hired the Range Rover Sport (Dynamic), which was perfect for our week away, the delivery service was also perfect with delivery direct to our door. We highly recommend Exec 4x4 and will be using them again next summer. 10/10 : )

This is the third time we have used the team at Exec 4x4 for our vehicle hire, initially we hired the Range Rover and this occasion wye hired the new Defender 110 XS which was absolutely perfect for our week away. The customer service from Sarah and her team at the main office has been very professional and straightforward. We highly recommend and will for sure be return for future rentals. :)

An excellent experience from start to finish. Pick up at Heathrow was a breeze and Ryan was friendly, polite and very communicative. The car was very clean and exactly as described. The same process can be said at the drop off. Ryan met us at Heathrow Terminal 3 drop off point per our communications. Sarah who handled the reservation and payment was kind and polite and described the process and costs very clearly to me. I will not hesitate in using these guys again on my next trip to the UK.
