Excellent service. Was greeted by friendly members of staff. He talked through everything I needed to know about hiring the Luton Van. Lovely to see a full tank of petrol. I found the service very cheap which really helped as you can imagine moving home is quite costly. Also, was surprised at how nippy the van was for such a big vehicle, really nice to drive too. Will definately use the service again.

Accepted my booking then rang to say I'd failed the address check (which is their error, not mine), refused to resolve their error and were desperate to issue a refund!!

Needed a van with 2 hours notice. Although the closest branch couldn't help, we were allocated this one.

Booked online and then Liam called to confirm. Upon arrival we were greeted by Attica and given a brief talk including T's and C's. We were encouraged to take as many videos and photographs as we wished, to cover us in the event of any damage.

I was particularly moody and abrasive on the day of collection (I am not proud of this and have apologised) even so, Attica was thoroughly professional and did not let my snarkiness, phase her whatsoever.

I was a little taken aback at the deposit as on the website upon check out, it said there was nothing furtier to pay. (This is a fully refundable deposit).

Drop off was easy and quick, Liam handled it swiftly. If ever I need a van again, i'll be back.

I am was waiting for my emergency car for 4 days every day they was telling me tomorrow morning then again and again for 4 days and then they still didn't sorted it out they just was making me wait what a company never again from them and costumer services les then 0

Great help and customer service. Had broken down through AA and my car needed extending from the initial rental. Always helpful and affordable prices . Jordan the manager on-site dealt with my enquiries from the beginning was amazing help. Knowledgeable and friendly service with attention to meet the customers difficulties would highly recommend. Great service, Great staff, Would happily use again. It turns out we actually use this very same firm at my workplace and I had coincidentally been sent to them via a comparison website. I booked direct with them (which knocked a few quid off) and while I am always annoyed to have extras pushed on me a couple of times, for the sake of £20 I didnt worry about anything happening to my now BRAND NEW car! I did Derby to Newcastle Upon Tyne in a round trip and returned the car the same day, my deposit returned the day after.

Honestly, great service all round Enterprise, look forward to using yourselves again in the future, professionally or personally.
