Excellent service, friendly helpful staff, good range of vans, I needed a crew van which had 6 seats and a transit rear. Vehicle was clean 17 plate, can't fault, even the price was fair.

Martyn hired a car this week from the branch manager James at U drive Yeovil. It was really refreshing to find a Manager who not only showed an enthusiastic approach but also knows how to give customers a great experience.

James' attention to detail and listening skills are a credit to him and also U drive. We had just been into Thrifty car rental in Yeovil and had a really poor experience so thought we would give U drive a try. We would highly recommend them and they do not rip you off on car hire charges . Thanks James!

Really bad experience. Booked online, got confirmation from them that my order is successful, £100 deposit plus the cost of the van£66. Half an hour later I received another email that the van is not available and they are not able to supply another one and they will refund my money after 3 working days.

Don't use them.

Terrible. Booked a car months ago, received a confirmation email, payment was taken from our card. Went to pick up the car and they had no record of our order despite us showing our confirmation email. They acknowledged they’d taken our money, but hadn’t entered the booking in their system. They only had one car at the time and we were told it was “double the price of the car we’d paid for”. I feel certain any other company would have done whatever they could to rectify the situation as this was a massive inconvenience to us, but U Drive offered no replacement, just our money back and the feeble excuse of “the manager recently left unexpectedly”. Absolutely awful service. We had to go to Enterprise down the road to get a car in the end. Wouldn’t recommend U Drive to anyone.

The guys and girls here are brilliant. They managed to sort me out a van when no other company in the area could....and it was a bank holiday weekend. Many thanks

Always straightforward when renting from u drive, only this time the van I was allocated had had a very hard life as there wasn't a panel on it that didn't have damage to it, but the service and friendliness of the staff can't be faulted
