Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Cowley

Needed a courtesy car ASAP after a crash and they were so quickly in arranging transport for me the next day! Very friendly staff, they made everything so easy and fast service. Really nice and clean car too :)

A great experience, really friendly and helpful staff.

I phoned up an hour before collecting the vehicle to ask if I could leave my car on site over the weekend and expected a "this needs booking in advance" or "we have limited spaces" or "we charge extra for that" and simply was told "Yes no problem we have spaces and can make room for you".

When checking the vehicle over before taking it away I noted some minor dents and scratches and pointed them out fearing i might get blamed and charged if I didn't, but was informed such small damage is not a problem at all.

When I returned the van, already 5 minutes late, I realised I forgot my own car keys and asked if I could possibly drive back to get them. Again, no problem at all.

A really refreshing experience, no penny pinching or trying to get hidden charges, instead they allowed me 30 minutes of free van hire and saved me an hour of walking!

Turns out I couldn't take out the car without a physical credit card (which I cancelled because nobody uses them any more). Totally ruined my weekend. Apparently it sais it somewhere in the small print.

Excellent service and very understanding and compassionate staff. Michael has been ultra helpful both times I used this service. This time due to M40 break downs I was delayed 2 hours and still they did not incur late penalties on me.
I'm very grateful to them and I would definitely return again to rent a car from this branch. Excellent service. We got a new car and drove over 2000 km without any issues. Amazing service, keep up the good work.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the Cowley branch. They rang around to locate an alternative 7-seater car when the one we had booked was returned damaged. They patiently went through all the controls on the car when we picked it up. We had a disastrous weekend (pet illness) so had to return our car early. At this point, we discovered the car had a puncture. Big shout out to the AA man who brought the car back to Enterprise for us as we had to take our cats to the vet, and for Enterprise for bringing the AA man back to his van, and also for refunding the days we had not been able to use.

Very poor customer service. We hired a luton van for moving house, and when we tried to pay when we arrived, their card machine would not accept my card. I spent an hour calling my bank, who told me Enterprise's security system was too weak and so the transaction could not be made. Enterprise would not let us pay with a different card, and refused to say it was their fault, or even report the problem to their IT department. So we asked for a refund and went to Eurodrive - where my card worked instantly. Highly recommend you chose a different provider!

Usually renting a car is a complete nuisance, but the young chaps at Enterprise make it easy.
Our car was/is in the repair shop and we've rented from Enterprise Cowley for about 3 weeks in a row including over Christmas week. No issues what-so-ever. The employees are always polite and super amenable, which We really appreciate. Enterprise has also helped us on a couple of different occasions when other rental companies have shafted us and left us high and dry. You can get great deals online and save time by doing everything prior to pickup which is super convenient. Enterprise is our go-to in the US and the UK.
