My mother used this car hire company. She was extremely pleased with the service and the car (Hyundai Tucson). The staff were so friendly and helpful, when she extendednher stay they said it was not a problem. Even told her that she could bring the car in for a clean if she felt it was dirty (she didn't do this, she went to a car wash) but the offer was very there. Very welcoming, good range of cars on offer. I would highly recommend and my mother will definitely be using this company again.

Very efficient, no hanging about waiting. Car spotlessly clean and ran well. Lovely people to deal with. Highly recommend them and would certainly use again if I need to hire a car in Norwich.

Best car hire company I’ve ever used! Really smooth collection and drop off process. Deposit was returned quickly, we hired a van and it ran very well. Would recommend

It had everything to go well. Super friendly, cheap, fast and effective values. But when I got back, they noticed a damage on the door that I'm pretty sure it wasn't me. I always parked the car in private and safe places. I didn't park the car close to others to exactly avoid unpleasant situations. Anyway, all for nothing. Before leaving there, the gentleman who gave me the car was super quick to check it out and I trusted him. I was in a hurry. I signed and did not take pictures. When I returned it, I was accused of having ruined the paint on the door, the repair of which conveniently costs the amount of the deposit I left. I was really disappointed with this situation. The experience could have been 5 stars. So my advice is, when renting a car, take pictures BEFORE leaving. So you can protect yourselve in such cases.

Brilliant company to rent from. Booked for 4 days to travel to Somerset. Easy booking and ended up with a better spec car than initially booking. Unfortunately I managed to get a rather severe scratch it in which I felt awful about. They were lovely about it. It did cost a bit to fix (they quoted there and then) but it was a lot less than the excess that I originally thought I'd have to pay. Will definitely use them again, well that's if they let me 🙈.

Not recommend at all. Is cheap price as long as you don't have any incident. On a car park, someone bumped into my car and they asked me for the money to repair it straight away. Had to pay 750 pounds for a small defect on a small bumper.

I needed the car (9 seater Transit) for a day. But because they are closed on Sunday I took the car out for 2 days. Plus they took another £200 as deposit ( refundable). This was only the second time I ever hired a car. Both from them.
It was raining when I was handed the car keys. The person went around the car and was telling me where there dents and scratches on the car. He mentioned there is a chip on the glass, I tried to look but he said its wet can't see it now as its raining. This was Saturday lunch time. I took the keys and told them I will pick the car later in the eveing as I need to go to the city.
So when I came back and took the car realised there is a small crack on the windscreen. I didnt think anything big with that. Returned the car with full tank on Sunday evening.
Got a call next morning saying I cracked the screen, so I was like no I didn't as it was already there. Then I was told I have to pay another almost 150 quid on top of the deposit 200.
I was like what do you mean? Insurance should cover that. They are like no you didnt take the cover. I told them you never mentioned. I didn't know that I had to take the cover on top. They said they will let me know, but without my knowledge or approval, they stored my card details and took the further money from my account.
Totally appaling and pathetic service. As much as it my fault when I should have emailed them straight away, but some due dilligence should be with them as to tell customer about all the insurance options. If I declined the insurance then fair enough i pay for the consequence. Also taking money from my account without consent by saving my details is fraud.

Great iinitial customer service, great prices and very easy to book. It was going to give 5 stars until I was asked to put more petrol in the car upon drop-off. I had filled it up and the gauge was on the line but they weren't happy with that and wanted it over the line! The car was dropped off with the exact amount that I had received it with ( gauge on the line). I told him that they'd be lucky if I could get £5 more in it. I was forced to drive to a petrol station and do this or they said they would charge me £2.50 a litre! I managed to put in a couole of quid.. This was after spending £1000 on a rental! Not the happy ending I was expecting. Will have to consider future rentals on principal (minus 2 stars for pettiness and inconvenience) P.s take a picture of where the petrol gauge is at pick-up!
