Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Milford Haven

I have had a car from the Milford Haven branch of Enterprise for the last 7 weeks, due to my car being wrote off (not my fault incidentally :) ).All the members of staff have been absolutely brilliant. They are very helpful, and very accommodating. Nothing has been too much trouble for any of them. They phone you when they say they are going too, and are always professional and very polite.
I would highly recommend them to anyone using a hire car company, or as a company when you have an insurance issue like myself.

Lovely friendly staff. I was picked up at home and taken to the business to have my car. Had an upgrade since few manuals available but I was one of the few who could drive an automatic. The car was in perfect condition. Only 1 snag, I was told I could drop the car off in London anytime before 5pm only to find I would have been charged an extra DAY if dropped off more than 30 mins late. Could have been very expensive bad advice.

Mainly dealt with Michelle and Nick, and I cannot thank them enough. Having not been involved in an accident before they explained everything, got me onto the ‘non fault’ team within enterprise, and got my courtesy car for me. They also kept be up to date within my hire, were extremely patient and always happy to help in any way.
Would highly recommend.

Bit late to the mark but we had our car go for repairs on 02/12/21 - and had a hire car from this company for a few days. The service we received was excellent, we were shown around the car by a lovely woman - and on returning the car, the manager of the branch called to make sure all was okay and we were happy with it all and was a pleasure to speak to - absolutely exceptional service from the Milford Haven branch, lovely bunch of people and would happily use them again!

Due to unforseen circumstances, we had been left without our car the day before going on holiday to Somerset - Enterprise (Dan) pulled all the stops out to make sure we had a car, an automatic (rare as hens teeth), including dropping it off to us, and taking me home when I returned it.

Would highly recommend the Milford Haven branch, and will be using again in the future, hopefully giving Dan and Co. a bit more notice next time!

Poor service. Car hire was unavailable on the day that it was arranged for. I
was notified that day. promised the next day at 2.30pm but didn't turn up till 3pm By then I had returned home but I did phone them 5 times before leaving the garage but no answer. They did phone and left me an apology in a voice message. But sadly this just wasn't good enough

Went in today to enquire about a weekend hire of a small vehicle.
The girls in there were so lovely and very helpful. They showed me the full list of options and different prices so I knew exactly where I stood before I started.
They explained the excess, waivers and damage protocol very clearly which put me at ease from the offset.

Highly recommended branch and I hope these young ladies get the recognition they deserve from the management

I rented a car for three days at a cost of £123.00 including discount for being caravan club members. We have a motor home and thought a car would be a nice idea as the site was quite remote. The young lady was very helpful and the car was fine. My only warning is to read the small print on your agreement. I was shocked to find out that there is a £1,000 excess for scratches, tyre damage but also for chipped windscreen, something that is almost never the fault of the driver. I cannot imagine that Enterprise is charged this sort of money for a repair. I was obviously very anxious about this charge so was offered a damage waiver which added £20 per day to my hire charge. What I thought was a reasonable charge for three days then became expensive. I probably would not have hired a car had we known in advance.
