Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Pontypridd

Really great service from Harry and Hannah. Provided with a car same day. Customer service was excellent. Hannah was even kind enough to give me a lift home after returning the car. Would 100% recommend and will certainly use next time I need a hire car.

Rented cars/vans with them a couple times before and not had issues. However, now trying to arrange a courtesy car with them via my insurance company and it is virtually impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. I'm pretty sure a couple of times they've even hung up on me after a few minutes of me sitting there with it ringing.

Rented a van of them was happy with everything staff was great and very helpful as it was my first time renting with them van was amazing lovely and clean lovely to drive .would recommend them to anyone.

My car was in involved in a rear end crash and enterprise sorted me out a car in the mean time while mine was being fixed inhad the car for couple of weeks and I enjoyed the experience I had and especially a guy called Dan who.sorted it all out from start to finish very good service and would definitely return to these guys thanks

The worst experience I’ve ever had with ANY company!! Very unorganised. Car wasn’t ready when was told it would be!! Never answered the phone when I needed to return car. Wouldn’t even give it a 1 star…

Due to receive a replacement hire car from Enterprise, due to receive a vehicle late yesterday/today (being a Friday) and having chased the Pontypridd branch I am now being told that they 'might' have a vehicle for me Monday afternoon. They have made no attempt to contact me to let me know, they must have known this yesterday but left it for me to chase them. Customer service at it's absolute worst, just a pity I couldn't leave a zero rating for them.

Staff are brilliant and so friendly. Always hire my cars from here
