After all this the owner Mo contacted my partner that I was rude to his mechanics who were helpful and he has CCTV of it. Well, he should get that CCTV recording out and check what his mechanic did.
The issue of the water pump should have been solved with not turning us away if they did a mistake, but to tell us they are human and want to make it right. I would have understand that, but not even bothering to answer my questions, this JAY guy can only be thankful to Dan for not being arrested for his behavior. Second time I went there with my car was message on my dashboard with all the rear lights, that kept playing up and not working sometimes. Mo, the owner had a look and told me he fixed it, now it's pretty stable and nothing comes up on dashboard. I payed and drove home. Next morning I realized, all my lights were switched off, that's why nothing came up on dashboard. I went back that day, telling them unfortunately it still does not work and they assured me they will figure it out for me. I warned them, my MOT is coming up in 3 weeks and have no time to waste. They even offered me I don't have to worry, they take my car for an MOT and it will pass if I give it to them to take it! Obviously I wanted my lights to be working, I was not just worried about the MOT, so I told them let's find a solution. They told me they will get prices of wiring looms for my rear lights and that I shall not worry, they will figure it out before my MOT. Well, here I am 2 weeks after my MOT and a £10 bulb holder CONNECTOR change, figured out by someone else and repaired by someone else. Since then, I am still waiting for their way to figure it out. (maybe for an other £30 of not repairing just trying?) Nicely done.
