Been trying to get my car repaired from an accident. Got a quote and was ready for repair. Unfortunately the insurance company has been nothing but a headache. Imz tech has been incredible and pushed as hard as possible and gone extra lengths and beyond to help and done an incredible job. I can't thank them enough for all their hard work and effort. Best garage by far and won't use anyone else.

Nicest team I've ever met.

Last year they have changed thermostat+water pump on my car with no issues. This year, I went there with a coolant leak. When I first turned up, they told me to go home, jet wash it and give it a week and see where it's leaking from (isn't that their job to discover?). Anyway I booked in the car and they have told me the O-ring must be changed as it is leaking from there. I had my car done, I payed and left satisfied. BUT! after a month when I opened up my bonnet I could see the leak again at the same spot! I took a photo to compare it to previous one and it is the exact same spot where it's leaking from. I booked my car in again to check for the problem properly, because they should have missed something a month ago if it is the same leak. I have been told last time my car did not even went on the ramp, because they figured it should be leaking from O-ring, so there was no need to put it on the ramp. Now they have discovered, my water pump cracked (1 year ago it was changed). I was really upset as I have already payed money for this job to be done and the mechanic who did it (Jay) was not answering my questions for why they did not do a proper diagnostics on the car when I first turned up with this issue, so I raised my voice waiting for answers and in return he said if you don't like us take your car somewhere else. He did not want to admit he messed up the last time. All I wanted is to fix my car and if they did not run the diagnostics before and were just guessing the issue, take that amount I already payed from the new quote off. He then told my partner "MOVE YOUR CAR" as she was parking at the entrance. She said we're still talking about the issue and did not move her car. Especially because his manners, not asking, but warning her to move her car. The mechanic, JAY then started reversing from garage towards my partner's car, where we had our two kids sitting in!!!! The other mechanic Dan, had jumped over to Jay and told him not to do it and stopped him before he could actually reverse into my partner's car and kids! Lucky they have Dan and his customer service skills, because if the other mechanic Jay would have gone forward with his plan, he'd be in prison now!
After all this the owner Mo contacted my partner that I was rude to his mechanics who were helpful and he has CCTV of it. Well, he should get that CCTV recording out and check what his mechanic did.
The issue of the water pump should have been solved with not turning us away if they did a mistake, but to tell us they are human and want to make it right. I would have understand that, but not even bothering to answer my questions, this JAY guy can only be thankful to Dan for not being arrested for his behavior. I have now been at ImZTech on 3 occasions to have 3 different issues resolved. The level of service, quality of work, tech competence and at budget is commendable. I always look for quality at decent, affordable pricing and this garage is the RIGHT place. I usually don't write reviews, but the team are so friendly, professional + courteous and I hope they get more patronage from people both in Stevenage and Herts. Keep up the good works. I was impressed that they even remembered my name after 1st visit, I liked that a lot, speaks good customer service. so now I know them as fine people as well.... ImZ Mo, Jason and Dan... great team!

First time I went in with my car was a knocking noise coming from the steering. I've been informed after putting my car on the ramp, that 4 of my suspension arms needs changing, on both sides, that's what's making the knocking noise when steering. Luckily first lockdown came and I was not able to get this done at their garage. It turned out 3 months later at an other garage, that my steering rack was the faulty one, making the noise. As they have repaired my partner's car once, I thought I'm not giving up on them as their owner is a very nice person when dealing with clients.
Second time I went there with my car was message on my dashboard with all the rear lights, that kept playing up and not working sometimes. Mo, the owner had a look and told me he fixed it, now it's pretty stable and nothing comes up on dashboard. I payed and drove home. Next morning I realized, all my lights were switched off, that's why nothing came up on dashboard. I went back that day, telling them unfortunately it still does not work and they assured me they will figure it out for me. I warned them, my MOT is coming up in 3 weeks and have no time to waste. They even offered me I don't have to worry, they take my car for an MOT and it will pass if I give it to them to take it! Obviously I wanted my lights to be working, I was not just worried about the MOT, so I told them let's find a solution. They told me they will get prices of wiring looms for my rear lights and that I shall not worry, they will figure it out before my MOT. Well, here I am 2 weeks after my MOT and a £10 bulb holder CONNECTOR change, figured out by someone else and repaired by someone else. Since then, I am still waiting for their way to figure it out. (maybe for an other £30 of not repairing just trying?) Nicely done.

I've been very well impressed by the quality of the customer service provided by this team. They've done the job fast and clean. I'm an NHS worker and they were willing to open the garage and fix my car when I need it the most (Covid lock down). They are well mannered and treat customers in a professional manner. I'll definitely go there again and recommend it to my friends.

Used this company for the first time for an MOT found them very polite and courteous to deal with. Especially as I arrived half an hour before they opened!

Absolutely amazing garage with great customer service. The guys couldn't do more for you. I wouldn't use any other garage. They changed my tyres and explained that, in time, I'll need new discs and pads, they didn't push for a sale or anything, just notified me, if I could give 6 stars I would. Thank you guys.
