Hester's Garage

I received great service from Hesters Garage. I received a next day appointment for a diagnosis for my faulty heater fan. The staff were friendly and helpful. They ruled out different problems that could have caused the problem, but unfortunately the car now needs to go to a Nissan garage. They kindly didn't charge me for looking at the car. (Sadly, Nissan won't be so kind and are charging me to look at it). If they'd found a fault and fixed it, the review would have been 5 stars.

Friendly staff, fair prices, convenient location, sensible approach to car maintenance, the sort of garage you could recommend to your mum... As mine did to me when she was alive.

Really good garage. The guys there are lovely. First time taking my car here and will be taking it here every year from now on. Thanks guys.

I recently went to Hesters needing some urgent help whilst my 3 children were with me in the car and I can honestly say I have never received such wonderfully kind, supportive, honest, genuine and quick service. The mechanic there was brilliant and the guy who works on the front desk was also fantastic. I would 100% recommend them and will definitely be returning.

I called and spoke with Dan about some damage to my car and he fitted me in for an early appointment the following day. As promised they popped my car up onto the ramp as soon as I arrived, car was repaired within hours. This team goes above and beyond to help, advise about and fix your car. They did not do any hard selling, or try to rip me off, honest and straight up - thank you!

Really helpful, curtious and professional. They knew exactly what they needed to do on hybrid. I couldn't rate them more. Just wish that I lived closer to be able to use them fully.

Hester's was recommended and I hadn't used previously. Car booked in efficiently, work completed quickly and at a fair price. Will be using again.
