Had a problem right outside the garage (rear wheel started squealing badly). Popped into the garage to ask for assistance only to be told “guys just finished & are eating lunch). No customer service or offer to help a motorist in need. The lady I spoke with offered her opinion that it was probably a pad which I only had replaced 2 weeks ago. Reminder to oneself not to visit them again.

Ten out ten as a woman I can go there without feeling like I am going to get ripped off. Brilliant quality of work. I highly recomend Drew's Garage to anyone fantastic service all round.

Recently booked my car in for an MOT here and the customer service was second to none. Really friendly and helpful receptionist. I was spoken to about the issues with my car and was priced a reasonable amount to get it repaired. The mechanic was very attentive and I'd definitely recommend and use again. 5* for sure :) Thank you!
