Southbridge Hand Car wash

I am new to the area and couldn't find a car wash nearby for months. Finally, someone pointed out to this car wash. It's advertised on Google to be opened until 18:30 and I came there at 18:05. There were no cars there. A few very young men were seemingly not happy I showed up and, after I asked a few times whether they are still open, finally mumbled that they were finished for today. I witnessed very unfriendly attitude that day and was not served during the advertised opening hours. I doubt I visit again.

They don't wash cars properly.

I had to change which is a shame as they are on my road.
They are more focused on the turnover then the quality.

Really bad attitude. They had a member of staff that wasn’t doing a very good job with the vacuuming and had clearly finished. I then saw he hadn’t done a good job and asked him to do a better job as it was clearly still dirty. The manager then became slightly confrontational and told me to let him do his job and he has trained him well. I explained to the manager that he had not done good job and that’s why I stepped in and asked he home to do it again.

The manager refused to take the feedback - despite the guy then do the vacuuming again to a much better standard. I’m not going to somewhere where they take my money, but I can’t give feedback. The overall result was not any better than other places - so I’m not sure why the bad attitude is needed. All he needed to do was say, thank you - I’ll let him know. That’s good customer service. Won’t recommend, as I can see how problems could easily occur with the managers approach.

Great set of guys to clean and smarten up your car.
Had an inside/outside clean and I had a new car. And very reasonable. Cash only.

Good car wash, not over priced and is good value for both a small cars and big cars alike.

Good car wash with positive attitude working guys.
Been there to clear the leaves 🍁 mark(almost permanent) had on the car.
Guy explained to me the tough marks and gave me idea about the time and extra efforts might need to clean it.
Pointed out some unclear spots which they were happy to clear.
Give it a try.

Quick and good exterior wash. Inside was hoovered but seats didn't look clean. Reasonable prices
