Enderby Hand Car Wash

If I could give a 0 star rating, I would!!!!

I have been a regular customer at your car wash since 2017 and I have always had a good experience whenever visiting your car wash however today was a very unfortunate situation.
As I was exiting the grey building in which you have to drive through, I was waiting in the entrance to be advised on when to exit for my car to be dried. There were 3 cars already being worked on in the yard and the one car to the right had all 4 doors open as they were hoovering the car out. A young lad - no older than 16 was telling me to come forward into the yard, I was cautious as it was a tight squeeze due to the car the to right of me. He was extremely persistent for me to come forward so with caution I started to go forward. Now as there is a raised platform to the right left of the building (where the waiting chairs are) it is in a blind spot of any driver. I completely scrapped my car all because the young man was so persistent for me to go forward into the yard. It has dented my car and taken the paintwork off all the bottom of my car.
We made the staff aware when we were there and they all came to have a look and they all admitted it was badly damaged. We had members of public who also witnessed this incident who admitted the damage was bad.
When the car was finished all your staff said they could do was let me off for the price of the wash of my car - in which wasn’t even a good job considering one tire is still completely dirty and dirt on the inside drivers side.
I felt very offended when I was told by a staff member that this was my fault and I should’ve seen the raised platform even though it was clearly in my blind spot. The staff member was getting very aggressive and angry when he spoke to us. There was not one apology from any of the staff members, especially from the young man that persisted I went forward. I feel completely dissatisfied that all I got was a “free cash wash” from this situation when the scrapping of the paintwork and dents will cost me hundreds to completely replace the bottom panel of my car.

Worse experience and service I have EVER received!!! Not even an apology from any staff member. Would not recommend to anyone!!!

Enderby hand car wash did a fantastic job in washing and detailing my Ferrari that was in dire need of a good wash. They were brilliant from the beginning to the end, providing a good customer service as well as a swift process. They made my life easier as finding a trustworthy car wash is tough these days and I believe I am lucky to have found these guys! I sincerely recommend Enderby hand car wash as they really do treat your car like its their own. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Last year or so left my car for washing while going into sunbed next door. I had left 1 pound coins in my arm rest around 14 coins or so, came back got my card nice and clean, although in arm rest i had only 8£ left from 14£ , due to that experience wont be coming back again although car was washed as it should.

Just wanted a quick outside wash and the lads did a great job. They were busy but still no queuing. Straight into washing. Great price also 8 quid so left them a tenner. Will definitely come back for more than just a qash outside. Keep up lads. It's only cash payment but two atm machines available next door so no problem with that.

Staff is very friendly and funny. My car is very dirty after visiting the farm. After car wash, mine is very polish and clean.

This was a reasonable priced car washing service but now mediocre. Attention to detail has been replaced by swift clean and wipe and move on. I'll need to find somewhere else even though it's local.
