IMO Car Wash

Had the most expensive car wash option, car came out covered with wax streaks and white spots. They refused to put it through again but told me to come back when manager was there. Went back a few days later & they gave it the quickest of handwashes I've ever seen which still didn't remove the streaks. Still wouldn't give a refund.

I visit there for car washing today. I have very bad experience with the service provided by the staff. It is my first time here to use an auto washing machine, so I don't know the clear procedure, however, the staff keeps blaming me for it, and even said why I come here if I don't know English. Very poor service!!

I had been please to share my regular experience in that particularly car wash if I can add extra start wil be yes it is a trustful service, reliable and great experience.
It is actually a automatic car wash so I do expect do personal finishing touch for the great value it is worthy and I Do use for a perfection wash and polish I do leave my car hand to hand by the imo team and no regret , obviously is a different cost but the perfect job will be .
So my experience to use that site is because either I can get value for an automatic wash if I’m in a rush and some details will be finished by myself or the perfect hand for a perfect job leave it to the team ;)))))

If I could give lower stars I would. I visited this imo today and brought a triple form package. I then parked up and used the self hoover machines to clean the inside of my car. I noticed while doing this that only the front bumper had alot of dirt around it. So I cleaned it myself with a cloth and paid for another wash and joined the que again fir another wash. On the arrive for my pre wash. The operative said why are here again I said I would like another wash he looked at me to say (am I going to pay) I said I've already prepaid I would like to just wash it again he said why????? I said because it was still dirty around the front bumper. He then went to tell me that it's not going to make a difference. I said can you not rub a soft brush over the hard to get to areas of the car like it's states in the (whats in the pre wash section of the app). He then said we ain't allowed to do that getting very rude at the same time trying to hurrying up and speed me along not listening to me. I said if you ain't going to do it I'll just do it myself. Picking uo the brush and brushing it myself removing the dirt which they said wouldn't come off. He bragged that he was the manager when I asked to speak to complaints team then giving me the machines engineering number to speak with them. Disgusting service from.this branch I've used others sites and you get the up most service. Both the staff there are rude and ignorant was no concern I had dirt left on my car.
