Took my van for a standard clean, unable to add photos but it is not clean. There is still dirt everywhere including the roof which I specifically asked to be cleaned as it was the dirtiest spot.
That’s 3 times in 3 different vehicles I’ve been there in now and on the last 3 occasions the quality has been appalling.
They used to be so good, no idea what has happened to their workmanship. No pride in it what do ever, will be taking it elsewhere form now on.
Not happy.

Claim vehicle is a model it is not, charge more than the pricing and say ‘read the sign’, even though sign has prices £2 less.
Boss’s excuse is poor and basically said ‘Charge is what I say, not what is on the sign’. If they want to charge more, fine, but update the sign so it’s legal!
They use the term SUV very loosely to charge more, and didn’t even clean it very well!

These guys always seem to do a good job. It is my closest hand car wash so if possible I go here. Priced reasonably and the washing of your car is always thorough.
