I enjoyed my lunch there. They also serve Halal. A friend recommended that I tried the restaurant and I didn’t regret it at all. Service was fast enough and good, food wasn’t so pricey. There was enough space to sit also.

So far I've tried steamed sea bream (fish of the day), jerk salmon, steamed vegetables, coleslaw, fried plantains and dumplings. They were surprisingly good! A bit pricey but is really worth it. Good and friendly service. This is now my favourite place to eat at Westfield Stratford.

Edit: Customer service seems hit or miss. Sometimes very good, sometimes not so good.

Very very nice food. I'm Caribbean so I'm used to Caribbean food. Can honestly say was genuinely impressed with the food quality and flavours. Jerk was very nice and mac and cheese among the best I've had. Generous portion sizes also.

Been here a couple times in the past, so me and my partner decided to choose here to eat tonight as we both fancied Caribbean food.

We both ordered Curry Goat, but was shocked that it didn't come with sides. The cashier said we could pick up to 2 sides.
As far as I know, Curry Goat has always been served with rice or Rice & Peas.

When the food arrived, the Curry Goat was served in a little bowl. It seems a odd way to serve it.

The Curry Goat was extremely spicy and had cardamom throughout.
The way Caribbean people cook Curry Goat is not with Cardamom.
Indian Curry Goat is cooked this way, but not the Caribbean Curry Goat.
The meat was soft and well cooked, but the Curry itself was way too spicy.

The sorrel juice was nice and was the best thing I brought from there.

We will not be returning.

TLDR *Would not recommend unless you would like to be shouted at by staff and disappointing food*

I visited Stratford mall and came across this restaurant. It was very busy so I thought it must be an exceptional place, boy was I wrong. The girl that served me was nice enough she took my order and handed me a buzzer that would indicate my food was ready to collect. I waited about 25mins for my food to be ready. When I went to collect the food was plated up (I had asked for it to be in a take away container), they realised as I approached and went to rectify this, however I noticed that something was missing from my order. I asked about this and a man (who behaved like he may be in charge) asked me what was missing and what it was I ordered. Long story short the lady at the till and I had misunderstood each other, £20 later I was set to have a small pot of coleslaw, the fries in the photos and my drink. The meal did not come with rice and 2 sides I thought I was getting but curry goat and and option of 2 sides for £17. I opted to have my coleslaw swapped out for rice and when I asked one of the kind girls at the counter they asked and thus began a shouting match between the "man in charge" and himself as I was not getting in the middle of that. I took my rice, departed only to find the food lacked the flavour Caribbean food generally has, disappointed and do not recommend.

Ordered curry goat + rice & peas + steamed veggies today at Rythm kitchen Stratford. I am a regular to this restaurant whenever I am in Westfield mall.( atleast 2 times a month ) However today has been awfully disappointing in the way the goat was cooked. It is over cooked to the point that one can’t differentiate between the curry and the goat .. 98% of the time the curry us a bit runny and goat is cooked to perfection where you can taste the meat. Today I just could not finish my meal. Hope someone from the restaurant is looking at this feedback as this is falling below your own standards.

Really sad this place didn't live up to my expectations, as a Caribbean woman I know how the food here should taste and I found a number of issues.
The saltfish fritters - tasted nice and I was enjoying them until I bite into one and there's a ball of uncooked flour in the middle and in my mouth. I checked all of the other fritters which were fine, so took it back to the desk and requested a new fritter, I was shocked that it came with another ball of flour. They ended up giving me a full refund.
The curry goat roti - I'm a big fan of roti and curry at home, unfortunately this didn't live up to my expectations, the flavour was very bland and goat overcooked.
The Fruit Punch - supposedly homemade, I expected something fresh! Unfortunately this tastes like fruit punch you get in a carton with some ginger and lemon squeezed on top. Overall a real disappointment, we won't be returning customers.

Cannot rate this place highly enough.

Ordered the vegan options, Ragga Stew and Chickpea Channa, each for around £10. Was ordering separate sides until we were told: “You get two sides each included.”

Amazing.

Still, I prepared myself for the typically modest portions you get in restaurants these days. Our buzzer went and I got up to collect. It was on two big trays. Massive portions.

Each meal was flavoursome, earthy, home-cooked style comfort food but also pretty healthy. You’d probably get five of your five a day in there.

So much food we had to pack some up to take home, which I only usually do at the famously generous Turkish restaurants.

Special mention to Joelle, who took our order. Lovely friendly guy.

Fantastic all round.
