Not very good at all, bought a piece of carpet stating on the label it's 7 × 13, only to get it home and it's no where near that size, useless, will not be recommending to anyone

We have just had our upstairs rooms, entrance and stairs supplied and fitted by Ashtons and I can't recommend them enough!
They were fantastic in-store and took their time with us to help us understand what we needed and spent extra time letting us feel what it would be like to walk on once fitted.

Our fitter arrived on time and was very professional and had a mammoth job completed in just under a day. He even helped us move some large pieces of furniture around to get the rooms clear.

Fantastic service for a great local business

Beat every other quote we had by over £600 and better quality to boot.
Fitted in a quick time with fantastic service all round.

Lovely people very helpful and very very good pricing.

This shop is appalling I’ve made 7 appointments with this company and not once did they show up or call to explain there selfs or apologise they had me and my children waiting around for months I don’t know how this shop is still up and running if this is how they run a business it’s a bloody joke and I won’t be booking another appointment with them at all it’s made me so angry that they didn’t even have the decency to call or text to inform me I made an appointment last month and I’m still waiting for someone to either Come out or call to inform me there not coming
