Horrible costumer service. I contacted them to ask for a vinyl flooring fitting quote and they decided to answer making fun of me because the vinyl flooring was purchased already through other supplier. It was easier to just say that you only fit your own flooring instead start laughing and make fun of my situation trying to find someone to fit the flooring.

Thats says a lot of your business. Good luck with that attitude.

unfortunately left waste on public path. grippers poking out the carpet on every step. my step daughter even cut herself on it after only 1 night of it being fitted. there have also been other issues with the carpet which I have disclosed to them. they have failed to fix any issue or issue a partial refund so I can get someone else to fix their poor work. this company is not worth taking a chance on. if you read other reviews they same the same things as me. they said they'd issue a partial refund then have ignored all messages since then. legal action will be taken

Recently had my hallway, stairs and landing carpeted. I also had amtico fitted to the ground floor. Absolutely outstanding service. Punctual and attentive, I recommend them 100%!

I recently use M&M to recommend and fit a stair carpet in my home. As well as discussing the options (I have wooden floors so wanted to reduce noise on the stairs) they were very helpful in sending over carpet samples so I could discuss with my partner. I went for Salisbury Velvet colour Champagne. Great colour and looks great on my stairs. Gary and Darren were very unobtrusive and it only took them a couple of hours. And they cleaned up better than I do :-) I would recommend them to anyone who wants a carpet fitted in the London area.

I was recommended to use M&M Carpets by a friend. And I have to say, they didn't disappoint. I knew exactly what carpet I wanted for my stairs and hallway and they were able to get it for me at a great price. The fitters that were sent were real pros. They were able to work around me without causing too much disruption. And when I needed to go up the stairs they kindly stopped work without complaining. And after they had finished, they cleaned up so well. Really happy with the result.
