Rang this company 2 weeks ago to get a quote for flooring. Was told someone would ring me back in 24hrs to make an appointment to come and measure up. No call after 5 days, so I called them. Man admitted he'd forgot! Told me to give him an hour and he'd call me back. That was a week ago. Say no more. Took my business elsewhere.
