We went in to fit a large room needing 5m width carpet. They really know there stuff and ended up buying carpet for two rooms as it came out at the same price for the one carpet priced elsewhere. If you're looking for a good carpet in your price range you must visit. The fitting service is also excellent and they are currently holding the 2nd cut of carpet until we are ready for it which I think is an amazing service, just a shame we don't need more!

I could not fault the service that we received from Rob (the owner) or the fitter (Dylan). I found the whole process of choosing, ordering and fitting first class. I ordered the carpet and 3 days later the whole house was fitted (3 storey). I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND...

Carpet fitter Dylan was terrible. Unprofessional, rude, loud, no respect to your property, half done job. When we pointed the flaws out to him he says - "well you do it if you don't like it then" or "have you tried fitting LVT round pipes?" (Ehm, no, it's not my job) He scratched our skirting boards, carpet wasn't cut well so when I hovered it pulled it out in places. Some places the strigs started coming out right after he finished. LVT wasn't cut well, he refused to fill in the gaps saying it's a detail. LVT glue which looks like grouting was spilled right outside our door on freshly layed grass and our door are also covered with it. He didn't ask where he should clean his stuff just assumed damaging our poperty is ok.
(our property is a new build) oh also we asked Dylan to start with top floor master bedroom so we can move stuff in there including bed. He said yeah no problem. When we got home and checked it wasn't done. He did a spare bedroom instead. Very stubborn man definitely not suited to work with people and provide services... we felt like inconvenience to him if we had to be in the house whilst he was working.

on another note Robert in the shop who sold the carpets and LVT to us was nice and helpful. If he can provide you with a different fitter than I'd conider him...

Always very good value, efficient, helpful, incredibly knowledgeable and takes pride in the work. Used them for over 10 years now and I’d never go anywhere else for flooring.

Excellent service yet again from Rob

Very responsive at first - However installation cost more than doubled from quote for herringbone fitting (due to fitter not wanting to do the job after seeing the large surface area)

We did have 2 rooms fitted with plank engineered flooring - but did not inform me it was going to be fitted as a floating floor now we’re left with a floor which bounces as you walk in the middle of it. When you spend close to £3k - I don’t expect the answer being ‘that’s the method you chose and there’s nothing you can do about it’

Also not great attention to detail, when we’re also left with a massive black mark from an inferior plank supplied by the supplier, as you walk directly into the room.

Would not recommend.

i used rob 7 years ago when i first moved into my 3 bed house , i wouldnt go anywhere else the quality of the midrange carpet i had throughout the house was unbelievable quality 👌 and bleechable , its lasted the test of time im looking too change too all grey now popped into the shop hoping he was still there and business is still thriving and im not suprised so im all booked in too have my lads room redone with flooring i got too say the flooring quality is top speck and rob gave me an amazing price that cant be beaten as always
