Pleasantly surprised by this carpet shop.

Phoned to make an inquiry to receive a top class polite helpful & efficient & friendly service from a young man by the name of Dom. (In stark contrast to an appalling experience with Carpet Mills in Barker Road Maidstone where a similar inquiry was met by a highly deranged & abusive woman (Jemima) who seemed incapable of answering a simple question or displaying any manners courtesy or respect & who then had to go to the extent of pathetically lying to her bosses/relatives to cover her abusive demeanour.)

My inquiry with Dom led to a sale. The prices are also amazingly competitive. Dom gave good honest & helpful advice, no pressure or sales tactics & the flooring was fitted at the agreed time & date by an equally helpful & courteous carpet fitter.

Carpet Factory Sales is definitely my future supplier of all flooring, cannot recommend them enough.

I dealt with John Banfield & these guys know what they’re doing. Definitely now my future supplier of all landlord & domestic flooring requirements. Handy location too, off the High Street, opposite the Mall.

Awful service and terrible telephone manner, the sales consultant who answered the phone had absolutely no time for us. They obviously making to much money lol
