We visited Mascalls a few weeks ago to look at carpets. Mark spent loads of time with us looking at different styles and colours and gave us plenty of advice. For our budget, we were able to get a much better quality carpet at Mascalls when compared to some of the big chains. Fitting was very professional and of an excellent standard, even taking the time to help keep our 3 year old daughter amused! Thank you very much. We'll certainly come to you again in the future.

We wanted a local company to re do the floors and were recommended Mascalls, located in Whitfield (Dover) that was only a fifteen minute drive from our house.
They have a well stocked show room and after great help and advice we picked our floors, wood for the ground floor and carpet for the stairs and booked a date.
We vacated the house for a few days and got daily updates over the phone, no problems and they finished even sooner than expected.
When we came home it looked fantastic. The floors did not only look amazing, it was neat, tidy and the finishing touches are beautiful.
The whole thing was so easy. Everyone were very professional and it ran like clockwork.
We would recommend them to anyone who is looking to get new floors, it was easy going from start to finish.

After a recommendation I contacted Mascalls carpets and spoke to Mark who arranged an appointment with the view of measuring and advising as to what was required in a property I was renovating in Dover , I found mark to be professional helpful and informative at our meeting and as a consequence was confident to have Mascalls Carpets of Dover re carpet a three bedroom house throughout.

Shortly After my meeting with Mark I was called from there office and spoke to Jim who arranged a mutual beneficial dates for the flooring to be fitted in stages , the fitters arrived and in no time prepared and laid both underlay and carpet trimming doors where necessary

I should start this review by mentioning that every time I see the freshly laid carpet lifting away from the underlay which started about a week after it being laid, the skirting board fitted with the laminate falling off the wall again, the crease of an end of roll being laid in the middle of my spare room, or any of the many other problems with the flooring by this company... I'm so delighted I spent my hard earned money here!

The sad fact is that I'd rather put up with this and pay someone else to rectify the problems, than deal with the owner of this company again. Rude, never apologises, blames his staff when presumably he trained them in the first place 🤷‍♀️ and accuses me of being careless to cause the 'damage' that had them coming back about 6 times to make bodge after bodge.

Asked for hard-wearing laminate, got play-dough. I've seen more glue on a false nail than the skirting board that fell off 🤣

Mascalls was recommended to me and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.
The knowledge, expertise and service is second to none - excellent!
The selection of products is very good, and it was so nice being able to select the flooring in my own home where samples were brought for my perusal.

What have you sold me here????

This laminate flooring has no durability. Remember running that key all over the demo board in your showroom, telling me how durable it was. And don’t get me started on the poorly fitted carpet. It’s all loose after 4 months.

Well back to the laminate. It chips when you drop anything. And I mean anything. I pushed a cardboard box across the floor the other day and the scratches it’s caused are insane.

More chance of finding rocking horse poo than this company taking any accountability.

Avoid, avoid avoid!!!

Had my living room and hall done by mascalls and I am over the moon with the results.have recommended them to someone else in my block.. wouldn't go anywhere to be honest now.

We have had excellent service and quality workmanship from Mark and his staff both times we have used them to do our flooring. Love the product too. Will definitely go back as soon as we need another room done.
