Excellent Service, we went into the shop this morning and were looking for a bedroom carpet. Said we were hoping to get it fitted on a particular date but needed to buy wallpaper so that we could make a final choice on carpet colour. We were hoping to be able to get back on the same afternoon to choose the carpet and book a fitting. When we went back on the same day the guy recognised us and said he had provisionally kept the date we wanted despite someone else asking for it earlier. Very impressed with the customer service, advise and overall choice of carpets offered to us. Would highly recommend

Cozy Floors have carpeted two houses for me and I've just gone in to buy wooden floor for two rooms at my new house. They are competitively priced (I was actually expecting a bigger bill) and very happy to arrange delivery and fitting to suit.

Lesley was extremely helpful in getting carpet installed in my mom's new flat. I was on a time crunch and she made it a priority to get the job done on time and correctly. I went in the store looking for carpet but came out with a new friend. Highly recommend!!

Great flooring shop we have been there for all the carpets for the main living room stairs and bathroom flooring always good on price and friendly service well worth a visit 👍

All the team at Cozy Floorz have been absolutely amazing with me! It was such a quick turnaround to get some carpet in place for my disabled mother to move into her supported accomodation flat and I was sure I would never be able to get it done so quick!
