Atherstone Carpets

Great company! We had cortex wood flooring through the kitchen and living room that looks stunning. The guy that came to fit it was really quick and did a fantastic job! The floor meets the skirting boards perfectly and the price was really good too :)

Very bad service.
Supplied faulty carpet, even had the carpet manufacturer come and inspect it.
Went into the shop to resolve the issue at a time the owner said he would be there, needless to say he wasn't in. The shop assistant phoned him and we spoke on the phone. He then got aggressive over the phone towards me, so I'm stood in his shop saying there was no need to be aggressive with me, all this in front of other customers.

Steer well clear of them in future

Just had the owner turn up on the doorstep, complaining about this review. Again being aggressive and saying that the review was unfair. He's been claiming that he has five star reviews everywhere, however the only other review here was his own. I don't call that five star.
I dare say on reading this update he'll be back.

As a disabled lady I highly recommend Atherstone carpets as an excellent professional, trusted, and friendly team, both for high quality carpets and fitting of carpets.

Phil and the team were great. We bought our carpet from another company and on the day the let us down and wouldn't fit the carpet. Atherstone Carpets stepped in and laid the carpet for us. They did a great job.

Had our new floor fitted in May - and cannot recommend Atherstone Carpets enough.
They came over 2 days to get it done, 1st day to skim and get the floor smooth and 2nd day to fit the flooring - we had vinyl tiles, which had to be put down one by one rather than in a full sheet, and it has been fitted beautifully, the guys who came to fit it were nice too which is always a bonus.
