The Cats Pyjamas

Booked my cat into The Cats Pyjamas. I had several phone calls with the man to book in and talk it over a couple of days which finalised in a booking.

Then they gave away my booking as I didn't make what was explained to me as a casual visit/registration because of a family emergency.

Never was it explained that this was mandatory for the booking. They had my number too so could of called me anytime. The woman on the phone said she wait for an hour and a half for me to show up but who doesn't just call if it was so important? She said she was too busy to call me - great service 😭

I made the booking and it was confirmed and in my mind needed to pop in at some point over the next month to register.

Also didn't ask if my mother in law was OK after her fall (family emergency)

Unreliable don't risk it! Now cannot for the life of me get a slot anywhere else.

Clean, caring, professional. The owners knew their stuff too! My cat was chilled as soon as I brought him home, which to me means he has been treated very well! Would definitely use again!

I have been using the cat's pyjamas for at least the last 15 years. Absolutely faultless in their care for my fur babies. Never had an issue with booking. My boys have always come home happy and well looked after, in fact I'm fairly sure one of them prefers it there to home 😂 wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and honestly wouldn't trust anywhere else.

We've been using Cats PJ's for around 7 or 8 years now and we have never had any problems. The cats always come home happy and are clearly well looked after.
We made our first booking after going to view the cattery and exchanging details for the cats, vaccinations, medical needs etc. And we have never taken them anywhere else. The place is spotlessly clean and the cats have plenty of space.

Absolute top notch cattery.
Fair prices, amazing kind and caring staff, clean, well maintained and looked after premises.

Highly highly recommend this place if you are a feline lover and want that reassurance that your pet will be looked after properly and be in a safe space and environment.

We called The Cats Pyjamas after a recommendation from a friend. From the first phone call we knew that our "boys" would be in great hands. We were invited to come up and see the facilities before they went to stay.
The Cattery is incredible clean and its obvious that Olivia Loves cats and you know that your leaving your fur babies in the best care. I wholeheartedly recommend this Cattery and have booked again to use their services this Easter.

Having recently moved to the area I needed to find a cattery for my kitty while we had some building work done.
Olivia has a fabulous set up and I was very impressed.I've used a few catteries over the years but The Cats Pyjamas beats them all hands down.
It's obvious that Olivia and her family take time to get to know their feline guests as when I came to pick up my Kitty they knew all about her strange little quirks.
Can't fault the care they provide and can highly recommend.

I meant to post a review earlier regarding CP. Moved to the area a couple of years ago and have used this cattery a few times since then. Excellent contact and I received videos/photos when I was away. I would highly recommend. Liv and the family are clearly cat lovers and are very understanding of individual cats. Often when I get my cat back, it's like he doesn't want to come home! Would never use anyone else now I've found CP. 10/10 !!
