Everyone in there today we're spot on with their jobs, I didn't catch the guy's name but if you want to chat about older consoles (some might say retro but I refuse to believe I'm that old yet 🤣) then find the fella with blue hair and get ready to re live the 90s through the lifecycle of Nintendo, playstation and others.

Tried to return something within the two week warranty (store policy) and the staff refused to help. They told me they wouldn't offer a refund because they couldn't test it and the manager and man behind the counter were both rude about it - seemed like neither of them wanted to be working, let alone dealing with customers. I took it to the Portsmouth store who were much friendlier and able to test it, but they told me that the Havant store should have accepted my return in the first place. Don't waste your time in the Havant store, go to a different one

Sold me a faulty pair of headphones and I returned them and they acted like they were doing me a favour. Made me wait for 2 hours while they tested them and then said that they would only give me a grade b even though they sold them as a grade a.

I travelled a long way to be messed around.

I understand that staff don't set the price but no goodwill gesture... Poor

First time going there, and I was not impressed by a member of staff regarding an order I made online. He was not interested in what I had to say and denied me of my 2 games. I left and came back to speak to a lovely lady who was very kind and welcoming but also took the time to speak to me about 1 of my games as she had played before. 3 stars for CEX but 5 stars to the lady that served me today.
