1 years warranty on all electronics is excellent!! I bought my Pixel online and it had a critical bug, brought it in store and was fully refunded within 15 minutes. Now have a like-new-in-box Pixel 2 for half the price! Fantastic!

Do not trust the five star reviews!!! I have seen lots and lots of videos of CEX printing covers and they sometimes can't get it in the correct region so they have to photoshop the cover and put a pegi 7 which in fact is trademarked, not been trademarked by CEX!!!
I gone to CEX and I found 3 video games that has fake covers, sometimes it's real, sometimes its fake and they leave the fake games on there! Bet they will get sued for this. Same as Blockbuster who was sued for printing manuals by Nintendo.

I've been buying from CeX from their early days in London off Tottenham Court Road and never had a problem until recently.

I had to return an expensive item as not being as described and the staff were great. They checked everything and immediately offered a refund.

I've bought all kinds of stuff from the Gloucester store and always had good service and sometimes a knowledgeable chat with staff.

The branch can get very busy at weekends even Sunday.

As ever with CeX stores, buy it when you see it.

Bought a wii and a wii game today, came home and the wii casing was broken and the girl put the wrong game in the game case.

Good and mostly inexpensive place for second hand stuff.Staff there are lovely and they do help as much as they can. Good value for money
