So got a game marked up at £5 and then when I got to the till was told it was £10. Not a major issue however thought they should have honoured the fiver since it was their error but the manager mat, was a bit truculent and refused to budge on price which is a bit silly.

Even one star is a lot for them because I just bought a phone and they didn’t even tell me screen been changed and battery been changed and I paid £35.00 just for glass screen and cover and I paid £335.00 for iphone 11 pro

Conflicting valuations given on phone. Sold it privately on Facebook market place for more than double what I was offered here. Great if you are desperate

Dropped in to trade in a PS4. The woman at the till was extremely helpful and friendly. Haven't been to CEX for years but it's the best place to get your used tech and games. I have never had a problem with games I have bought from there. I think they're a little bit tight on what they offer cash on your trade ins, you get more if you sold on eBay but trading in for vouchers is much more worth it if you want to buy more games.
