These guys are awesome, I came in got a game from online reviews it sucked. Spoke to the guys, literally 20 min convo on what game I should go for and honestly picked the right ones coz of these guys! Amazing customer service!!!! First review on anything but just had to express my gratitude one way or the other, you guys rock!

I always go here to buy my games and the prices I find are amazing. You may get a scratched game from these guys atleast once (what happened to me, didn't get full refund) but all the time you get real, working games.

Although it wasn't perfect that I bought an Xbox Series X that kept on shutting itself down. What was perfect was they way in which they dealt with it. I contacted head office at the start of the week to state I was having issues, they gave me the option of shipping the unit back to them or dropping it back to Epsom. I chose the drop it back at Epsom and it had already been tagged on their system that I had contacted them about it. They gave me the option of a replacement or refund, I opted for a refund which should be in my account shortly. They were really friendly instore and apologised. I understand that they can't bench test every device they sell for days on end waiting for it to crash. I think it helped that I did click and collect. I would go back to them again, purely based on the way they handled the situation :-)

Medium sized CEX shop. Staff were polite and seemed knowledgeable. Good range of second hand tech, phones and DVDs.

What lovely people the staff are, they were so helpful and give great advice and support, I have hidden disabilities and the support was also my wellbeing.
I'm very impressed with them. I took my son's old XBox 360 in, it was extremely noisy and they said that it needed cleaning with compressed air, I could do it but wanted them to have a look at it anyway, so glad I did, they found a part had melted so it wasn't going to work anymore. Under no pressure at all, I bought a replacement machine for an excellent price. Son has yet to try his new machine but so far, a very happy experience.
