Been to quite a few CEX stores in the last ten years. This one is by far the best. Pleasant staff and a nice clean shop.

Hi, I haven't been in for a while, but the service was very poor, different information from different people, very miss leading, poor prices paid for items they sell at extortionate prices in the shop, very dissapointing experience.

The staff were friendly just let down by the organisation paying out pitiful amounts of money in relation to what they price items ,ie offering 50p for an item and marking it up at £12 to sell which is my reason for not liking them.should be boycotting the whole greedy chain store

Really disappointed. The staff were lovely but they sold us a defective phone that kept crashing on us after just 1 day and had battery issues that then we had to go out of our way to exchange at another store. Clearly do not do enough checks on phones they see buying from customers so very disappointing.
