I usually find the staff in this store friendly, unfortunately today was disgusted with the attitude of one member of staff. My son (12) and getting confidence to ask for himself wanted to check a price on an item as it seemed expensive for one VR controller and his been saving up. Asked one of the staff who very rudely and sarcastically spoke to me son in a rude way. I said thank you politely and left and told my son he did nothing wrong it was bad customer service! 😡

Vincent was the most helpful I could have ever wished for. He was patient, knowledgeable, helpful, kind and even sourced for me something that wasn't in store, reserved it, helped me with directions. Best customer service ever, he absolutely went well beyond the call of duty! I was clueless about which product to buy (it was for a present) but Vincent made it possible, easy, stress free and quick! Thank you!

Nice atmosphere and no one looks at you funny if you spend an inordinate amount of time browsing. Prices are reasonable, staff are cool and they play good music. Only ever had one bad experience when a boxset i purchased had glue on the DVDs and was thus unplayable, but that was a few years back, and everything normally works great, including the iPod i bought here once.

They put things on the shelf you go to buy them to be told they haven’t even got them? Bad service wasn’t the word the girl with glasses is extremely rude and have known others to go into the store in borehamwood and have had left with a sour taste from the same person. Service with a smile wouldn’t go without a miss change your occupation

Service has improved. Drop and go is still an issue with slow updates. Faster to use in store trade-in.
