Last Saturday (24th Oct.) I phoned 3 in Winchester and spoke to Ethan, who was very helpful. Anyway, at my suggestion, I went to the shop with my iPad, phone and Huawei plug in router and Ethan was extremely helpful and sorted out my problem.

I was served by lovely lady called phoebe, she was new to the business and she was so helpful in getting me what I needed, she is a real asset to the team, I was also served by Connor he was amazing and very knowledgeable and helped solve all my issues amazing team you guys have.

Needed a new SIM card, and cannot get to the store so my wife went to pick one up...unwilling to help, and rude. I am now moving providers. Shocking and disappointing attitude by the staff member concerned.
