friendly & knowledgeable staff who’ve been as helpful as possible in every branch I’ve visited, and unlike pawnbrokers they usually offer a fair price & never rip you off. also the place to get up-to-date hardware for about 40% less than anywhere else if you don’t mind the possibility of a barely visible scratch.

Great place with great staff who knows what to do. Masses of used games. Sometimes you will find real gems.

I was at this morning to buy an Apple keyboard and a mouse. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the products I bought at the store. The guys were really helpful and I had a great shopping experience. The 2 years warranty is fantastic and I would highly recommend this store for Apple products.

Alright. Didn’t have what I want after waiting half hour on a queue to ask. No one to ask small questions

I purchased a hard drive from CEX online and it turned up broken.

The email agent told me to take it into a store for a refund, so I took it into the Bayswater store.

They processed the cost of my product as £0, so when my refund was automatically processed I received the delivery charge only back - £1.95!

I did not receive the original cost of the product they sold me £58. The one that turned up at my house completely broken.

I will not be shopping here again or at any other CEX related outlets.

Be carefu what you it could be hard to get money back they charge full price on second-hand goods they are very fussy on how how your goods look they use any excuse not to buy why rude cheeky he sometimes I feel I could be attacked I will keep away from the stores they rip you off and the games company don't get a dollar just remember you're better off buying it new because the prices they charge are nearly new for second hand goods they used to be good but once they franchise their stores out out they became animals the staff or something else they had a game for £25 just because it was popular on the PS5 I found it in another shop cash Converters for £15 a saving of 10 do not deal with this store or any of the franchises and once they've got your money it will take an army to get it back beware are spent carefully and don't fall for their rubbish all the best shopsmart be smart don't go buy new new or go to somewhere where it's reasonably priced their second hand goods are charged near the store price when you would buy them new
