Tried to sell my limited edition PS4. First they said, no problem looks good we'll test (as normal) and give you the voucher. That was on Sunday. Monday lunch time I went there, they are still testing they are so busy. No apologies. Went next day on Tuesday, they are still "almost finished". Made me wait for another 25 mins. tests are ok but needed to check the price turns out they can't accept because ps4 needs to be brand new. Staff has no idea what they are doing and quite rude. Wasted 2 days of mine. sell it privately

There's loads in stuff in here, so from things you want to things you don't. Sometimes the prices are a bit odd. You can find a £1 bargain next to a newer title thats £50+.

Worth a browse and a chat with the staff, who can't change the prices but do give good advice.

Headphones were supposed to be grade B but we're missing the usb audio cable and the left earbud didn't work.

Who checks these things?

Great selection of goods, phones and other digital merchandise including a range of retro items too. Been coming here for years ie when they started trading from the front of the station. Staff really know their stuff and always obliging

I went to this store last Friday and the staff were brilliant, so accommodating and helpful, I had a nightmare with phones that day but the staff at cex were brilliant and helped me as much as they could! I really appreciate how much they went out of their way to make sure I went home with a phone that evening!

Good selection on products. Has a huge range from DVDs to phones. Cheap prices and sells the classics. Organised in alphabetical order so it is easy to find what you are looking for if it is something specific. Great costumer service and helpful staff.

Staff is nice and helpful. Store is clean and well managed. There is only some mess on shelves but caused probably by visit on late hours an hour before closedown. Only annoying things was placing queue too close to one of shelves and not visible from under glass cabinets which caused people forming in two queues which probably delays everything. Anyway CeX like CeX.
