I wasn't informed that should my item fail I have 2 weeks to collect it before it's forfeited and no longer my property.
Fortunately 2 weeks to the day I was very near by and thought I should check that my account had been credited, to be told a missing warranty sticker had failed it... I was shown where it should be and as the employee put my PS4 box back into the box sleeve (with it upright, meaning should she slip [which she did] it would damage the sleeve) the sleeve was damaged behind the counter. It was quickly popped into a bag and returned. I took a picture immediately after getting into my car and finding it.
After contacting customer service I was essentially told the employee denied it and as I had no proof (because they don't record the packaging quality in the test process, ie there's no record of it *not* being damaged when I initially dropped it off), it was a case of tough luck. After a lot of back and forth I was begrudgingly given a small voucher to try and smooth things over.
But when you try and take something back they make it so hard for you 2 get your money back STAY AWAY FROM BRIDGWER BRANCH the manager is childish and tries to belittle you
