The staff have always been really friendly and helpful. My daughter has purchased a couple of second hand mobile phones from CeX and when we've had issues with them, the staff have been fantastic at sorting things out for us. Great selection of films at low prices and my sons have purchased a few second hand games from here too. Definitely worth a visit!

Lack of staff on the till today, massive queue, waited nearly half an hour to be served 2 dvds. Left the shop and saw 3 staff members outside the shop smoking. ??? Could have put out your cigarettes and came in to help.

Excellent range of blue ray films, cheaper than renting, and games for PlayStation, Nintendo and Xbox, even retro games and consoles. There are bargains too, less expensive than eBay, if you know your prices. Friendly staff, are happy to compare stock to find the best deal for you.

I think the one in Farnborough is epic, the staff are all legends and even acknowledge me outside of the shop and I think 99% of the offers are reasonable

Craig once again was so very helpful- went out of his way to assist and help despite a queue. He was polite and efficient and certainly has great knowledge.
