Reasonable amount of stock. Difficult to see some films do to the way they are displayed...

Has some old items to sell and the staff were very helpful professional. I also bought a watch from them the same day and they talked me thought all about the watch. The young girl that severed me was extremely pleasant.

Got my game worth nearly £200 but it was worth it in the end, had to dig out a lot of games to get the price. However, CEX are very picky about things when it's not needed. Be careful when giving things in.

bought a 1tb sata hard drive the other day and it's noisy. The hard drive was put on my printer until I had time to fit it, took the hard drive back to cex in chesterfield and one of the staff wouldn't refund me or to book it for a warranty test to refund making a excuse saying it's water damaged when it's clearly been no where near water. she was not helpful at all and said I couldn't return it so won't be using cex in chesterfield again. I also bought a 4gb desktop memory as dd3 and it was a ddr4 stick.

Did a drop off order and took it to the Chesterfield branch where the staff were very helpful and promptly dealt with me. I was surprised to find that my items had been checked and I got paid the next day which is fantastic customer service.

Great little shop. Lovely staff that I have been seen/helped by.
Found the things I wanted pretty easily. Nice spacing around the shop too. It was clean and tidy as well.
No steps so easy access for wheelchairs or pushchairs.
