An honest shop you basically get what you pay for. Unless when you buy tech they have good guarantees on all tech. Trustworthy. I have never had a problem with anything bought there but if I did have , staff are approachable and willing to help if and where they can. I will, highly recommend this shop. CDEX amounts to : my kids love it and I am happy.

Good range of stock staff are helpful and friendly. The games seem a little pricey they had the game I wanted but was £5 more second hand then brand new in argos so that was disappointing. Would definitely check other places prices first before buying.

Two year warranties, friendly staff, and a constantly changing stock of whats in.

It's all second hand, and has different grades of cosmetics, really good because you can see what you get and the warranty let's you return it if its not right

Would give them a minus stars if I could. Rob you with substandard goods and refuse to take any liability. Manager is sadly lacking any customer service skills . But happy to Rob a teenage boy that's autistic of £135 ...... DO NOT BUY from this shop . Avoid avoid avoid.

Checked online price and drop for my IPhone 11, took to Fareham Branch I would say it was in excellent condition 96% Battery no marks or scratches . They had it for two days to test it!! Phoned me to say it was a C grade had marks etc ??
Do not use the price they quote you are never going to get, avoid at all costs very poor indeed.

I love this place. I always look there first if I'm buying technology. I recently started paddle boarding and couldn't bear the idea of a £500 Go Pro dropping in the drink so I bought a cheaper Campark for £130. Rubbish. Sent back for refund and bought a Go Pro 5 for £150 which is so much better. Came with kit as shown and a 2 year guarantee.

Poor service when my Xbox developed a fault during they’re warranty period. Refused to exchange and were very unhelpful. In the end was sorted by the Gosport branch but unbelievably they would not exchange at the value paid, only what they now sell it for meaning I had to pay more for the same item as a faulty exchange ! The Xbox is not the only used hardware I have bought at CeX which rapidly developed a fault. This is a CeX policy which is very anti consumer. Will not buy any used hardware with CeX again or recommend them.

This place used to be so helpful. New staff I think who are not as tech savvy and not much customer service. Sold me a tablet(without a box as 2nd hand) and put it in a brown paper bag! I had to explain why they would need to put some bubble wrap or something round it. So they reluctantly did, then handed it me back minus the bag. I asked for a bag and you'd think of asked for their right arm.
