I agree with another reviewer on here regarding their services. Staff at the store were fine, but i was told i would receive my bank transfer for a camera sold in excellent condition last Monday. It's now Wednesday and no payment, no local phone number so they can fob you off longer. Not very impressive, it cannot take so long to test basic equipment.

Tried to go to the store this morning and the staff are standing outside locked out as no one has keys, this is not the first time I've seen this happen. Shocking management. I hope your staff will be getting paid extra for standing around waiting in the freezing February weather, and deserve some warm drinks and snacks for their trouble too!

Very poorly run, I sold them some items and was promised payment on Tuesday via bank transfer, it's now Saturday and still no payment. You can't contact the branch by phone because its line is internal only which just makes life difficult I guess this is done on purpose so they don't have to deal with complaints that are generated from their poor service, so you have to email which I have done twice and still haven't got the bottom of it! All I want to do is confirm the lowered price so they can pay it and I have no way of doing so because emails to them are being rejected by their server and you can't call them. I'm left relying on them ringing me back which they said they would 4 days ago but still nothing. What a shambles

Awful place to sell property to, will keep you waiting for a simple bank transfer. No local shop phone number, so it makes it extremely difficult to contact them. I really don't think this is by accident.

Very good shop for film and game fans. Large (really really large) range of used products with DVD's and Blu-ray's from £2 all the way up to £32 for rare discs. These are behind the counter on a high shelf. Game consoles, accessories, phones and camera's also sold (and bought).

Very rude to customers and a horrible shop, got told to bring back item if not happy which happened then to get giving store credit insulted much. Never shop in this place bunch of thieves

Pointless. Waste of an hour. Brought an old Google phone in, brand new condition and boxed, bloke assessed it and said 80-100 quid once they've tested it and to come back in an hour with my ID. Fair enough. Dossed about town for an hour, when I came back a different guy gave it back to me and said they can't take it as the left ear sound output was duff. I took it home and tried it out... Guess what..... Nothing at all wrong with the sound, left and right, or the phone as I tested it fully. I can only guess the boss man told the employee when he was testing it that they had enough phones in stock and not to take anymore, to the cost of my time and after the initial guy lost his bottle to tell me after wasting an hour of my time:-/

Shocking how much they rip you off. They offered me a small amount of money for a ps4 and sold it for 4 times the amount on ebay. Plus I got the cash in stead of I store credit. Also they might want to invest in air freshener for the store as it always stinks of BO in the store.
