Amazing shop! I was looking to get rid of some things since I was moving house, and didn't want to deal with the FB Marketplace headaches. I explained that I wanted to sell some of my unneeded stuff for a voucher, and the staff helped me through the process.

They were right on time with their testing of my electronics, and the voucher was ready to use at our agreed time. I used it in exchange for a Switch OLED, and it was practically new, without any scratches!

I've never had any issues with the shop - the staff have always been friendly, and the products have always worked as intended.

Seems hectic there I feel for the staff. Some bargain items especially if you're looking for niche. They gave me good prices for my phone and oculus and some accessories. Like the logos, like the staff, always good to have a CeX around.

It's an Extremely great shop to go for 100% secondhand fully brand new looking products on budget much much better than

eBay it's exactly like eBay but you can actually touch see and feel what your buying before you

buy and do a full quality check of course and the prices are next to nothing

the Staff do have a bit of attitude towards you but that is expected in such a shop like this

but the Queues are long and there's a waiting time before you pick what you wanna buy from there physical catalogue also this is not all the

time mind some other shops in other areas are usually quiet and you can choose from the physical catalogue a lot faster

So Basically they do everything ☺️👌

Polite, however I was told that they can't take my phone due to damage.
I took it to irepair on Cardiff Queen Street who was more than happy buy my phone off me.
I think CEX passed me off because it was busy.

A fantastic and trustworthy shop. We can sell as well as buy used products. I mostly buy used stuff. This is an ideal place for people like me. Some are pricey and some are affordable. They set the right price and provide a warranty as well. So it's worth it.

Bought games from here and went home to find out they put the wrong disc’s ina md also then couldn’t change them for us because they didn’t have the game we wanted to buy?.. also then waiting in a que for 10 mins for the man behind the counter to walk off. Another man comes forward to then accuse us of not being in line. Waste of energy trying to deal with people behind that counter.

Good selection. Fairly decent pricing on games for older systems. About average price for newer merchandise
